Please familiarize yourself with the following information and policies. There are important details about payments, lead times, shipping, insurance, cancellations, returns and more.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders.
Credit Card: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. We thoroughly screen credit card purchases to protect everyone from fraudulent use. We prefer to ship to the credit card billing address. If your credit card’s billing address is different than your shipping address, please provide us with the billing address as requested on the order form. In some cases, we may need further authorization to verify you are the authorized cardholder.
PayPal: Most merchants prefer that your PayPal account has a “Verified” status or have a “Confirmed Address” status. On some orders, we require both.
Money Order, Certified Check or Personal Check: You will be notified by email to confirm your order details. After you are notified, you may make the check payable to: Stompin-Ground.com. Orders are processed after the check clears. International checks may require an additional fee to process the check.
We strive to meet you satisfaction 100%. Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, take your time to choose the correct product when ordering. Keep in mind Stompin-Ground.com is not a huge mega-mall or mass merchandiser. We have great products and personal service and in turn, our return and cancellation policy has some limitations. Returns: All returned items need prior authorization. A return authorization number (RMA#) will be issued to you. All returns must arrive with postage prepaid and should have tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage on return delivery. All returns are to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges and insurance are not refundable. If you received free or discounted shipping with your order, you will be assessed the regular full shipping charge for the return. See definitions for restocking fees below. All returns must arrive at the location we specify in perfect, unused, like-new, re-saleable condition with all packaging and documents intact. The return cannot have any trace of use in which case the return may be refused or fees charged at our discretion.
Additional Warranty Return Info: If you had the item less than 30 days, contact us to determine what action to take otherwise contact the manufacturer. Depending on the item and issue, you may need to return the item directly to the manufacturer for warranty service regardless. Each item is limited to the manufacturers warranty conditions.
Definitions for restocking fees:
Mass-Merchandise: Most regular priced general merchandise except items listed below. No fee.
Made-to-order: Standard pedalboards or cases without optional features that have specifically listed sizes on our website. If you are exchanging this item for another of similar value, the restocking fee is 25%, otherwise it is 35%.
Custom: Custom, non-standard, odd sized or any other pedalboards or cases with optional features that we specifically manufacture for you. This also includes custom audio cables, custom power cables, hook and loop supplies, spiral wrap or any other item that is cut to size or referred to as “custom” on the website. 50% fee.
Exceptions: These are custom or special Items that are not normally ordered off the website that require a manual ordering process or where a special page was created for you to order or pay. These may not be returnable and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY
Limited Lifetime Warranty – If a Stompin-Ground brand product is proved to be defective due to our materials or workmanship, the exclusive remedy, at Stompin-Ground’s option, shall be to refund the purchase price of or to repair or replace the defective product or component. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any failures caused by the user, the environment in which it is used or that happen beyond the normal life span of the product or discounted or custom items made from discontinued or special ordered parts. Stompin-Ground shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, warranty, or strict liability.
All returns must have prior authorization and be sent with shipping and insurance prepaid in both directions. The technical information and statements presented here are based on tests, data and / or experience which Stompin-Ground believes to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness of such statements and technical information is not guaranteed. Stompin-Ground makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The user is responsible for determining whether the products mentioned here are fit for a particular purpose and suitable for their application.
We ship from the US to most addresses all over the world. Our shopping cart has options for most countries.
Please supply us with a clear and complete shipping address. If you need to clarify your address further than on the normal order form, you may do so in the “special instructions” in the shopping cart or in a separate email. If we receive an incorrect address, the carrier may return your package to us or make an address correction and deliver it to you at an additional cost that we pass on to you. To avoid any issues, please double check your shipping address during checkout.
Oversized items such as large cases may require additional oversize surcharges and/or truck freight may apply. We may need to modify shipping charges however we will always notify you if an adjustment is necessary and get your approval. Some addresses such as those to HI, AK, International, APO/ FPO or other addresses may not calculate correctly in the shopping cart or may not be shippable depending on the weight and size. We will email you if an adjustment needs to be made.
International Customs, Import Duties, taxes, etc: For shipments outside the United States: Customs forms for all international packages will list the full value and contents of your order. It’s up to you to know whether your order will be admitted in your country or if you need an import license or other documents. You may be subject to import duties, taxes and other fees once the package reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

PRICE PATROL – Lowest Prices on the Web
We usually have the lowest prices available on most name brand merchandise listed on our site. If you see a lower price from any other US dealer on the internet, we can typically meet or beat their price.
• The item must be the exact identical item in stock.
• Clearance, closeout or discontinued pricing is excluded.
• Used, blemished, refurbished, salvaged or similar merchandise is excluded.
• Off-brand, un-branded, somewhat unique or custom items are excluded.
• Merchandise from unauthorized dealers may or may not be honored.
We will do our best to get you the lowest price. Let us know if you find a lower price by sending us an email. Please include a direct link to the page on the site showing the lower price.

There will be delays for most orders placed between the dates above. Our shipping department, front office, custom design, and some production will be closed during this time. Most pedalboard and case production will continue and won’t be affected as much. Please note the additional lead time listed below. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

Lead time refers to the estimated time it takes to process your order. This is from the time all order details are received and payment has been approved to the time your package is picked up by the shipping carrier at our location. It does not include weekends, holidays or shipping time in transit.
Keep in mind that due to the wide selection of sizes and options, most Stompin-Ground pedalboards, cases and many cables are made to order. Occasionally other items may run out of stock or there may be other delays. If so, we will make every effort to give you prompt notification.
Normal lead times listed by the type of products:
• General merchandise, pre-packaged name brands, and other items listed as in-stock: 1-2 business days
• Pedalboard patch cables, instrument cables and made to order power cables: 4-5 business days.
• Stompin-Ground.com pedalboards: 2-3 weeks.
• Stompin-Ground.com cases (all styles): 6 weeks.
If your order contains items with different lead times, use the longest time listed. Often we make 2 shipments for orders in the continental US if your order contains a custom case plus other items since cases have a long lead time.
Time Sensitive Delivery Dates: Lead times listed are for reference and may vary from day to day. If you need a time sensitive delivery, you must notify us in advance with the latest time and date your package can be in your hands. For example, “by end of day on (_date_)”. We must pre-approve and confirm that time and date with you. We may require you to use an expedited shipping method such as UPS 1-Day or 2-Day service to meet your requirements. Please do not make date requests unless it is necessary. We ship everybody’s orders in a timely manner.
Consider all US holidays observed therefore you may experience short delays around holiday periods. There may be days near holidays listed where we will not process orders, for example, the day following Thanksgiving, etc. Holidays include but are not limited to:
• January 1 – New Year’s Day and Dec 31 – New Year’s Eve & (possibly the day after, Jan, 2)
• Martin Luther King Day – The third Monday in January.
• President’s Day – The third Monday in February. Honors President Washington and President Lincoln.
• Easter – The First sunday after the first full moon after the first day of Spring.
• Memorial Day – The last Monday in May. Celebrates America’s fallen heroes.
• Independence Day – 4th of July
• Labor Day – First Monday in September
• Columbus Day – Second Monday in October
• November 1 – Honoring Day of the Dead / All Souls Day
• Thanksgiving weekend – Fourth Thursday of November and the following Friday
• December 24, 25 & 26 – Christmas Eve, Day and possibly day after
• December 31 – New Year’s Eve and Jan 1 – New Year’s Day & (possibly the day after, Jan, 2)
