Double Volt straight + 2.1mm right angle barrel plug with reversed polarity
Double volt cables use 2 outputs from the power supply and adds their voltage together. This cable features two straight 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel plugs for the power supply and a 5.5mm x 2.1mm right angle barrel plug with reversed polarity for the pedal. This particular cable, designed for Voodoo Lab DC type power supplies (and similar models), is typically used to power many pedals at 18 VDC and some at 24 VDC, center positive.
18 volts: For 18 VDC, center positive, set both DIP switches to the “normal” setting to get 9 volts from each.
24 volts: For 24 VDC, center positive, select 2 outputs from #1-4 and set both DIP switches AWAY from the normal setting to get 12 volts from each.
Diamond Pedals: This can be used for pedals such as the Diamond Halo Chorus, Diamond Memory Lane and possibly others. You may need to use outputs 5 and 6 of the higher amperage Pedal Power 2+ for the Memory Lane. We hope to know this info in the near future.

Pictures: The pictures here show the plug configurations for each cable. Their appearance may differ from the actual cable you receive however they will function all the same. The appearance and price also vary depending on the different options selected. This is due to whether a cable is mass produced or custom made and varies by the available component parts used and the complexity of the custom cable assembly.
Color Coding: Many cables have color coding to differentiate the various configurations however cables in each group may be color coded in slightly different ways.
Length: Choose the length that meets your needs. The approximate length is the wire measured between the plug handles. Overall length is about 2″ greater.
This diagram is for reference only but it gives you an idea of how these cables are measured.
