RMC1 Limited Edition

The RMC 1 LE is a limited edition wah with the smaller traditional case, unpainted with black footpad and the 100K RMC-ICAR wah pot. The 2 differences between the LE and the original 1998 version are the addition of the Foxrox Electronics FFT circuit (like all current models) and a black rubber footpad instead of the old red Funny Foam pad. And like the modern RMC1, it is not single coil specific either so it can be used with humbuckers just as well.

Since it’s release in 1998, the RMC1 has gained the reputation as one of the best wah pedals in the world. Based on the most requested hot-rod mods Geoffrey Teese has done over the years, this hand built wah delivers more sweep range than mass produced wahs. Besides the increased range, the RMC1 produces a more musical sweep with a repositioned sweet spot, richer mids, and a stronger low end than any chrome-top wah on the market today. Also, the wet output signal of the RMC1 is boosted to keep your sound from getting lost in the crowd like other wahs. Just like all RMC wahs, the RMC1 is designed and built by Geoffrey Teese and includes licensed fuzz-friendly technology, enhanced RFI/EMI protection, exclusive RMC ROC-POT extra long-life sealed potentiometer, true-bypass, easily adjustable rocker tension, AC adapter jack on the left and is covered by their limited one year warranty.

The RMC1 was originally tuned for single coil pickups or bass guitar while other models were more humbucker friendly. This new version of the RMC1 can now be dialed back to reduce the output and low end, via a board mounted trimmer, making it much more versatile than previous versions.
